RELATIONS OF TURKISH CIVILIZATION WITH WESTERN CIVILIZATION: HISTORICAL EVOLUTION AND MODERN CHALLENGES

Abstract

The article comprehensively analyzes the historical roots of the Turkic civilization formed over centuries with Western civilization, the evolutionary process of their mutual relations, and strategic partnership ties in the modern geopolitical plane. The research examines how military-political and cultural contacts between the Eastern and Western poles, which began in the early Middle Ages, transformed over time into mutual intellectual exchange and diplomatic dialogue. In particular, trade communications along the Great Silk Road and the influence of the Islamic-Turkic Renaissance on the European Renaissance are evaluated in a historical context. In the modern era, it is scientifically and theoretically substantiated that relations between the parties have entered a new qualitative stage within the framework of globalization processes, energy security, global transport arteries such as the "Middle Corridor," and multilateral international cooperation.
