Article Processing Charge (APC)
Horizon Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal operates under a transparent and equitable publication funding model to support editorial management, peer-review administration, digital archiving, and dissemination services.
- For manuscripts submitted by authors affiliated with institutions in Azerbaijan, the APC is 30 AZN per accepted article.
- For manuscripts submitted by international authors (affiliated outside Azerbaijan), the APC is 30 USD per accepted article.
The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. Submission, initial editorial screening, and peer review are provided free of charge.
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, which are based solely on academic merit, originality, and scientific quality.
Waivers or discounts may be considered in exceptional cases upon justified request to the editorial office.
