THE ROLE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
Keywords:
physical education, physical training, sports games, pedagogical processAbstract
As indicated in the article, the level of physical activity among many schoolchildren is currently low. Not all students engage in physical labor or sports activities. Changes in the physical appearance of children and adolescents are observed, their eyesight deteriorates, and their cardiovascular and nervous systems become weakened. As a result, children's health does not remain at an optimal level.
One of the important issues that deserves attention is the need to collect and systematize pedagogical and medical observation data concerning children. Therefore, under modern conditions, the general objectives of students' physical education in physical education classes should be aligned with strategic educational objectives. In conclusion, physical education and sports have been of interest to every state in every period and have constituted an essential part of its fundamental priorities. Physical education is an integral component of universal human culture. Its primary purpose is to protect and improve the health of the population as a whole.
