FUNDAMENTALS OF MILITARY ETHICS. MUTUAL RELATIONS AMONG SERVICEMEN, THE ROLE OF THE COLLECTIVE IN CREATING A HEALTHY ATMOSPHERE IN THE UNIT

Abstract

Servicemen and their mutual relations are of great importance from the perspective of organizing military service, strengthening military discipline, and creating a healthy moral and psychological environment within the military collective. Relations among servicemen are based on the requirements of the regulations of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, mutual respect, discipline, military camaraderie, and principles of responsibility.

While performing their duties, servicemen must obey the lawful orders of commanders and superiors, observe subordination rules, treat each other with respect, and protect the interests of the collective. Strengthening mutual trust, discipline, and unity within the military collective creates conditions for the successful execution of service duties.

The topic examines the rights and duties of servicemen, relations between commanders and subordinates, rules of military greeting, norms of mutual behavior, and the importance of military discipline. At the same time, the importance of fostering camaraderie, mutual assistance, and a sense of responsibility among servicemen is emphasized.

The main purpose of the topic is to develop disciplined behavior, mutual respect, collective responsibility, and patriotism qualities in servicemen, as well as to enhance their readiness for military service and their moral-psychological resilience.
