Publishing Ethics Statement

Horizon Multidisciplinary Scientific Journal is firmly committed to ensuring that all publishing activities are conducted in accordance with the highest ethical and academic standards. The journal strictly adheres to the principles of transparency, academic integrity, and responsibility throughout all stages of the publication process.

The journal fully complies with the international publication ethics guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and requires authors, reviewers, and editorial board members to strictly follow these principles.

Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts are original, free from plagiarism, and have not been previously published elsewhere. All sources must be properly cited, and plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and data fabrication or falsification are strictly prohibited.

Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts they evaluate. They must provide objective, impartial, and scientifically grounded evaluations. In cases of any conflict of interest, reviewers must decline to participate in the review process.

Ethical Responsibilities of the Editorial Board

The editorial board ensures fairness and transparency in the evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific quality, relevance, and reviewers’ recommendations.

Plagiarism and Academic Integrity

The journal applies a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. In cases of ethical misconduct, manuscripts are immediately rejected or retracted.

Conflicts of Interest

All participants in the publication process (authors, reviewers, and editors) are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Transparency is a fundamental principle of the journal’s ethical framework.
