PHONETIC FEATURES OF MAMMAD ARAZ’S POETRY

Abstract

This article examines the phonetic features of Mammad Araz’s poetry, focusing on the role of phonetic devices in the formation of the poet’s individual style. The study analyzes such phonetic and stylistic elements as assonance, alliteration, sound repetition, phonetic parallelism, syllable structure, rhythm, rhyme, intonation, pause, and stress. Particular attention is paid to the role of these devices in creating the musicality, emotional expressiveness, and aesthetic impact of poetic language. The phonetic and stylistic functions of dialectisms, word-formation features, onomastic units, and phraseological expressions in Mammad Araz’s poetry are also considered. The analysis demonstrates that the purposeful use of sound patterns and phonetic structures is one of the important factors shaping the poet’s distinctive poetic language and individual style.
