Abstract

The article investigates the effect of zeolite and organic fertilizers on the growth indicators of cotton plants. During the research, vegetative growth, plant height, phenological characteristics, boll number, and yield components of cotton plants were comparatively analyzed. It was determined that the combined application of zeolite and organic fertilizers accelerated the growth processes of cotton plants and positively affected the formation of vegetative and generative organs. In the combined treatment variants, plant height increased, boll number rose, and phenological stages progressed more intensively. According to the research results, zeolite improved the retention of nutrients and moisture in the soil, thereby increasing cotton growth and productivity. It was established that the integrated application of zeolite and organic fertilizers is one of the promising agrotechnical methods for maintaining soil fertility and increasing cotton productivity.
